From the official site, applicants can download the application form. Moreover, all the details and prospectus are there on the website.
Fill the form, and then you have to send it to the Director of Calicut University Distance Education.
It should be noted you have to submit the following documents:
Firstly, 10 + 2 certificate and mark sheet.
Secondly, must have a transfer certificate.
Thirdly, Chalan receipt of the admission fee and tuition fee. Also, the matriculation fee is Rs. 65. The form cost from matriculation is Rs. 15 extras.
Fourthly, self-attested of the SSLC book and two copies of the last qualifying exam mark sheet.
